Still waters, leaping dolphins, penguins returning

Arriving in Puerto Madryn, a beautiful bay where dolphins break the still waters with sudden leaps. The air is calm, the ocean alive. Moving south to Punta Tombo, Patagonia’s edge, we walk among thousands of penguins. Each year they swim all the way from northern Brazil, returning to breed. The same couples reunite — male and female — caring for their new youngsters, guiding them to the sea. A colony in motion, timeless and tender, life repeating on the wild Atlantic shore.
