Deep in the uncharted jungles of Peru, a silky anteater is fighting to stay awake. Turtles are battling for sunbathing space and meanwhile a mother humming bird is working overtime to provide for her newly hatched chick. The rainforest is about to enter a time of turmoil; dark clouds signify the arrival of heavy rains. Rivers burst and flash floods force strange creatures from their hiding places.
