“Doctor at Sea,” stars Dirk Bogarde as Dr. Simon Sparrow and features Brigitte Bardot in her first English-speaking film. The movie follows Dr. Sparrow as he tries to escape his romantic entanglements and finds himself on a cargo ship, where he encounters a variety of characters, including a hot-tempered captain and a seasick captain’s wife.
