I am very happy to be latina in central America because we have the beautiful beaches , mountains, and people. Our pura vida lifestyle is the best example of our roots here.
Tell us something about your roots
I am Andreina from Costa Rica and I love my people and my country. I am very happy to be Latina in central America because we have the beautiful beaches , mountains, and people. Our pura vida lifestyle is the best example of our roots here.
Why do you like to be a model?
First, the money is very good. I can meet many different people from around the world and if I am lucky enough to have the body I have, I want to capitalize on it.
What would you like to reach as a model?
I want to reach a level where I can make sufficient money and still enjoy my family and my life. I don’t need to be a super model, just a level where I can be happy and enjoy the job to the fullest.
Are you ambitious?
I am not very ambitious, but I want to mix my freedom in life with modeling. I never want work to run my life. We live the pura vida lifestyle so happiness is number one.
What is your relation with the camera?
I am a little shy in front of the camara, but as I do more shoots and events I am starting to become more confortable. Winning the 2007 Miss Reef Latin America Contest in front of those thousands of people helped me learn to deal with the spotlight.
Who is your inspiration?
My mother is my inspiration. She is a very strong, independent, and wonderful woman. I have learned a lot in life from her.
If you look in the mirror in the morning what do you think?
I am thankful that God blessed me with my looks and I am very content with what I have been given.
Are you romantic? and yes, or no, why?
I am romantic, but only when the moment strikes.
Do yo like to travel ?
I have been to many latin American countries, mostly for surfing and modeling events and I love them all. The El Salvador coast is one of my favorites because of the people and the waves, but Tahiti is my all-time favorite and I don't need to explain why.
